Mark has been pivotal in helping companies focus on customer care and support, developing market leadership, and implementing best practices and process evaluation and improvement. As Kimbia’s CEO, he leads the development and execution of the company’s corporate strategy, positioning Kimbia for growth while leveraging the industry expertise and talents of the team. In prior leadership roles at companies such as Tenura Holdings, Leasing Group and Dell, Perkins has been central in process improvement initiatives, providing stability and clearing inhibitors of growth. Perkins holds both a BBA and MBA degree from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. He is recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit and embraces opportunity with expanding companies. A long-time resident of the Austin-area, Perkins enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife of 30 years and three adult sons.
Conleth has over 25 years of executive experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), enterprise and mobile technology for high-growth companies where he developed and delivered superior user experiences across a variety of market segments. Prior to joining Kimbia, he spent seven years as the CTO of Vignette Corporation, a highly successful worldwide leader in the delivery of innovative and dynamic web experiences. Conleth holds a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University, is a published author, holds multiple patents across several technical disciplines and is a sought-after speaker on Web technology, enterprise content management and social media.
Jana oversees Kimbia’s accounting, finance and human resources. With over 15 years proven experience leading the accounting, financial, human resources, and legal functions of SaaS technology companies, she provides a unique combination of technical and people skills that is invaluable to the organization.
Before joining Kimbia, Jana was CFO for companies including Tk20, PeopleAdmin, Mirage Networks, Traq/Tangoe and 360Commerce/Oracle. Jana holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and is a licensed CPA.
With an extensive background working with nonprofit organizations, Lori is uniquely suited in her role of managing relationships with Kimbia’s community foundation clients and partners, helping to ensure their success, in addition to driving the company’s sales and marketing strategy. Prior to Kimbia, Lori spent six years at The San Diego Foundation where she served as Director of Nonprofit Programs, developing education resources and tools for more than 250 local nonprofits. She holds an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University.
Tori implements and oversees all aspects of solution delivery across Kimbia’s online fundraising portfolio to ensure success and a superior experience for customers. Before joining Kimbia, Tori has held pivotal roles directing multi million-dollar portfolios of complex B2B, SaaS and PaaS implementations to foster client relationships. Her expertise within the nonprofit and technology industries includes leadership roles with Blackbaud, Convio and Bazaarvoice. Tori holds multiple graduate degrees and certifications from respected institutions, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Texas at Dallas.
Using her 25 years of software support leadership experience, in combination with her passion for helping customers, Robin leads the focus on account retention, customer care, and existing account growth. Prior to joining Kimbia, Robin has held service and support leadership roles with companies like PeopleAdmin and CompassLearning. Robin holds a BA in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University.
