The Kimbia Website is not structured, targeted, or intended to attract children under the age of 13. Kimbia does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 or send them requests for personal information.

In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets or a business. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if we or substantially all of our assets are acquired, customer information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
